Great location and huge rooms, but air conditioning was too cool.

I was really let down when we checked in; the staff was rude, couldn't find our reservation, and ultimately gave us two rooms on different floors despite our request for them to be next to each other. Total chaos!

Rooms were spacious and came with full kitchens, which was great for our family. The parking is pricey at $45 per night, which was a bit annoying. Staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in easy. Wi-Fi was weak and limited to just a few devices, which was frustrating.

My suite was absolutely gorgeous with a big living room and balcony! The staff were so friendly and even let us check-in early without asking. I loved the rooftop pool with its breathtaking views, it was the perfect spot to relax!
Totally recommend! ❤️✨

The room had a nice view, and it was spotless with a comfortable bed.
It wasn't inexpensive, but I found it worth the cost.

Spacious room with full kitchen and great views. Had trouble with inconsistent housekeeping during our stay. Rooftop pool was a nice perk. Parking is pricey at around $42 per night.

The view from my room is stunning! The staff are super helpful and the balcony is a nice touch.
The place definitely needs some freshening up.

The room was huge and clean, offering excellent comfort with a very comfy bed. The A/C was quiet and effective, and the view was stunning. I loved the personal touches like robes and a pull-out reading light. Kitchen facilities were adequate for longer stays. some areas needed attention; the carpet had stains and there were food marks on the curtains. the space was inviting but could definitely use some improvements in cleanliness.

beautiful facility, beautiful amenities with a gorgeous room that had a stunning view of the nearby attractions and was conveniently located near the Christmas market.
Everything was exactly right.

I loved how everything was just a short walk away, with popular spots like the Liberty Bell and Art Museum Steps both under 2 kilometers from my room, making it super easy to stroll and soak in the city's atmosphere; plus, the hotel itself had a nice kitchen and comfy beds that made my stay enjoyable. but it would be great if the rooms were a bit brighter and more updated.

Super friendly staff, comfy room, loved having a balcony. Room service coffee was surprisingly good, and the space was huge—kitchen, living room, and bedroom galore! Just a heads up, the bathroom could use some TLC, and my first room had a funky smell. But the second room was way better!

The room was spacious, clean, and boasted stunning views from the top floor, but the noise from nearby motorcycles made it hard to relax. The staff was exceptionally friendly; Nyessha and Gia truly stood out. getting basic amenities like a shower chair took far too long, and the parking situation was chaotic. I loved the comfy bed and well-stocked kitchen, even if the appliances were dated. The pool area was a highlight, and the complimentary snacks were a nice touch. While I appreciate the location, my experience was a mixed bag.

The apartment had two large walk-in closets, a well-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable sitting area. The view from the large window overlooking the small square was delightful. One of the highlights for me was the complimentary drinks I received at the connected Irish Pub. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff at the reception were warm and friendly, making me feel welcome right from the start. there were a few areas that could use improvement. the soundproofing in the room was not the best. I could hear noises from the hallway, and at times it was disruptive. the room had a strange smell that lingered despite efforts to air it out. The bathroom was showing signs of age, and the lack of a vent was a bit inconvenient. the location of the hotel was excellent, and the gym facilities and roof deck with a swimming pool were a nice touch. The bed was comfortable, and the room was equipped with good kitchen items. The WiFi worked well, which was important for staying connected during my trip. To sum up, The Windsor Suites offered a spacious and comfortable stay with some minor issues that could be addressed to enhance the overall experience.

Impressive facilities. The suites boast a full kitchen, spacious layout, and a potential walk-in closet for luggage. Great views from the skyline suite. Staff were exceptional—especially a lovely employee at check-in who brightened our arrival with complimentary drink vouchers. the elevator situation is frustrating. Wait times can exceed ten minutes. The communication about pool access and VIP Lounge reservations needs clarity. Cleanliness was lacking initially—uncleaned previous guest items remained in our room. Valet? Slow. It's more economical to park elsewhere. And, a disappointing policy on service animals on the 24th floor needs reconsideration. Management should review these policies.

Had a room on the top floor with a great view and classy amenities like robes. Enjoyed the lounge with free food and rooftop pool. Staff was friendly and accommodating, offering umbrellas and luggage assistance. Perfect central location, close to popular attractions.
Experienced difficulty retrieving a forgotten item, with staff giving conflicting information and being unhelpful. Elevator traffic from permanent residents and unpleasant smells.

Great rooms and friendly staff. AC was noisy and not cold enough.

Asian fusion cuisine at Asia on the Parkway was a delightful surprise. The rooftop infinity pool and terrace provided a posh urban retreat. Loved the elegant Observation Lounge at the Skyline Club Level.
Can't say I enjoyed freezing in my room and the Arctic temperatures in the hallways.

Wow, loved the location! Walking distance to so many cool spots. The gym and rooftop pool were a nice touch for sure. The room was huge with a great view and comfy bed. Having a well, equipped kitchen was a bonus, perfect for making my own meals during Christmas.
Doors slamming all the time made me feel like I was in a haunted house. And don't get me started on the lack of hand soap in the bathroom , gross!

we were not expecting such a huge suite with a full kitchen and a walk in closet that was as big as a tiny nyc studio apartment. we were sorry that we were there only one night. the lobby is small but nice, a typical city type of hotel lobby. the hallways and the rooms are well kept and more high end than you would expect from looking at the lobby. the room was quite spacious. the area is vibrant with a lot of beautiful architecture and fun restaurants. we had a late dinner at the attached irish bar which was very very good.
Nothing, all great 😊

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome that lasted throughout our stay. As vegetarian and vegan guests, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel's attention to our dietary needs. The spacious and clean room had all the amenities we could ask for, including a fully-equipped kitchen and a large balcony with stunning views. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions Philadelphia has to offer. The rooftop pool was a highlight, providing a refreshing escape with breathtaking views. The staff, especially Isaac at the front desk, went above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday extra special. We can't wait to come back!
The expensive valet parking and the homeless population in the city. However, these were minor inconveniences that did not overshadow the overall amazing experience.

the hotel was spotless, and the location is amazing - just a short walk to the art museum and other attractions. Also - there are two restaurants in the hotel that offer a 15% discount to all hotel guests. we ate at con murphy's and the food was excellent!
Would definitely recommend

The suite was impressively spacious and clean, with unexpected amenities. The added bonus of a kitchen made our stay comfortable and convenient. We appreciated the late check-out for the marathon. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.
